Life Lessons With Jazzy: Letting Go Of The Negativity

Thinking about making this the official “logo” for this series. Let me know what you all think!

Today’s topic in the “Life Lessons With Jazzy” series will be about letting go of the negativity in your life. I know at times this can be quite difficult to do, but sometimes it is ABSOLUTELY necessary. If someone is toxic to you whether it is a friend, colleague, significant other or even a family member, there is no need to keep them in your life. Toxic people bring nothing but negativity energy into your life and you do not need that. Depending on your history with the person, letting the person go might be bittersweet and may take some time to get over but you’ll move on eventually. You’ll soon come to the realization that the person was not so much of a great person after all and did nothing but cause you pain and misery.

Never allow anyone to take away your happiness. If someone brings you nothing but constant negativity into your you life, GET RID OF THEM! You deserve nothing but love, kindness, and thoughtfulness from those that are truly close to you. Know your worth and don’t allow others to treat you badly.

Happiness is the most important resource that we posses. It should not be given away freely to those whom don’t deserve it.

    Have a great night!

My motto is love some folks from a distance. Negativity and bitterness will destroy you. Thank you for this good read.
