Confidence: How to be your best self

Let’s talk confidence! What we all have to realize is that no one is perfect and it is perfectly ok to have flaws and insecurities. Everyone has days when they just feel like they aren’t their best selves.

In order to overcome these obstacles we need to stop trying to compare ourselves to others. It is unhealthy to compare your lifestyle or body to someone else’s. We need to start living life to the fullest and stop worrying about what others think. I blame social media for the sudden rise in anxiety and depression. Most of the things that we see posted online by these famous influencers are fake. You can’t let a fake body or fake lifestyle influence how you think about yourself. This is what’s wrong with society. Most people nowadays try and seek approval from others instead of being themselves.

Confidence is the key to happiness. As quoted by Rupaul “When you become the image of your own imagination, it’s the most powerful thing you could ever do.”
