Mushroom and Onion Pasta


Looking for a delicious vegetarian pasta dish with a whole lotta flavor? Well you’ve come to the right place! This dish is hot and ready within 20 minutes.


16 oz of vegetable broth

3 cups of light heavy cream

4oz of either cream cheese nefauchel cheese

1-2 tbsp of sundried tomatoes

1tsp seasoning salt

1tsp pepper

1tsp thyme

1tsp of garlic powder

1 package of ranch seasoning

1tsp of italian seasoning

1 8oz package of penne noodles


1 medium onion

1tsp of minced garlic


1.) add noodles to a boiling pot of salted water.

2.) While your noodles are boiling start slicing your onion, make sure the slices are in a crescent shape.

3.) Add olive oil to your pan, along with the onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Saute until everything is nice and soft.

4.) Add the sundried tomatoes and seasonings listed above. Feel free to season to your taste 😀

5.) Time to create the sauce! Add in your vegetable broth, light heavy cream, and cream cheese. Stir until you get a somewhat thick consistency.

6.) Add parmasean cheese to your sauce along with the ranch packet. Feel free to add in some extra garlic powder and italian seasoning as well just to give it some extra oomph!

7.) Add the pasta into the sauce just a little at a time in order to make sure all the noodles get some of that creamy goodness!

8.) All Done! Enjoy!!
